Customer service, knowledge of golf products and repairs or regrips are top notch. Better then big box stores. Only thing is that there isn't enough of these types of store. Don't miss an opportunity to be treated like the king or queen you believe to be.

I had the pleasure of getting fitted for a new driver with Todd today. I came with what I thought I might want, but also with an open mind. Todd did a fantastic job of trying a wide variety of brands and shafts. We finally dialed in the best performing club for me after an hour or so. No trying to upsell exotic shafts, no bias to any brand, and no attitude. I have been fitted before at big box stores. Todd has been my best experience. Attention to detail should be their motto. Go, you will be happy you did.

It was my first time at Plaza Golf, if you want me to leave my backpack at the front desk, no problem, should have asked. I walked in and saw different items in random places so I was curious and wanted to shop around and see what was there, no real goal in mind. I was stopping in after work and was not afforded the opportunity to browse. The woman working was obviously following me and fronted items along the way, as if I did not see her at every single turn. All in all, I wish golf was more accessible to the average Joe who still loves to play. Unfortunately at Plaza Golf today, it was not.

Went when there was a outside sale and met with extremely nice employees and they were happily to answer any questions we had. They let me know there was an additional 10% off clubs at the time. They have most, if not all, equipment and accessories! I came for my putter and clubs regripped, Titleist gloves, and Travis Mathew polos. I have always left happy.

First time here, we’ll priced items. Many selections. People working here are great and helpful. They spend time to talk to regular golfers who are in search to get better, no feeling of up selling. It’s a bit far from where I stay but worth the drive.

Plaza was incredible in many facets of the business. Feeling welcomed as I entered, punctual with my fitting appt, and giving knowledge about my possibilities with the information from my fitting. I also see development of young talent in the golf business through hiring of students around the area. No place like home.
